  for a twenty minute session where they will read aloud to a gentle dog pr
 ovided by the Alliance of Therapy Dogs\, a nonprofit all-volunteer organiz
 ation. Read to a Dog will be held in North Branch's Meeting Room on May 8\

  Dogs</p>\n<p>Alliance of Therapy Dogs is an international registry of cer
 tified therapy dog teams. ATD provides testing\, certification\, registrat

  animal-assisted activities. ATD's objective is to form a network of carin
 g individuals and their special dogs are willing to share smiles and joy w
