We&rsquo\;ll enjoy a guided tasting of thr ee different classifications of sake from the Hakutsuru brewery\, with emp hasis on how the production style affects the flavors and textures of the beverage\, as well as suggested pairings for each style.
\nAbout the presenter: Stella Miller is the current Beverage Director for Chef Paul V irant&rsquo\;s Gaijin\, a Japanese restaurant specializing in Okonomiyaki\ , Japanese whisky\, and sake. (You may know Paul from his Hinsdale restaur ant\, Vistro Prime.) A beverage professional with over ten years of experi ence at Chicago&rsquo\;s world-class restaurants (Alinea\, Boka\, El Ideas \, Yugen)\, Stella has also spearheaded beverage programming for Michelin- starred restaurants with a concentration in Japanese dining.
