 he contest runs from <strong>March 1st to March 22nd.</strong>&nbsp\; Brid
 ge building supply kits with the popsicle sticks and basic instructions ar
 e available for pick up at the Library&nbsp\;starting <strong>March 1st</s
 trong>.</p>\n<p>This is a Decorative&nbsp\; Design competition\, which mea
 ns we are not judging bridges based on structural integrity\, just creativ
 ity and artistic decoration of the bridge.&nbsp\; Any materials\, includin
 g paint and markers may be used to decorate the bridge.&nbsp\; Be creative
  as you can.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Judging will be on <strong>Saturday\, March 22
 nd</strong>.&nbsp\; You can turn in your bridge early\, you don&rsquo\;t n
 eed to be present to win\, just leave us your contact info.&nbsp\; Winners
