Living With Lo ss is a peer grief support group for adults 18+ which provides a space to connect with others who are grieving a death. \;You do not have to att end every group session\, but can select the sessions that suit your speci fic needs. You are welcome to join at any phase of your grief and attend f or as long as you need the support.
\nAll Living With Loss groups ar e led by two trained peer support volunteers who have also experienced a d eath in their life.
