 o work or attend school in the county.</p>\n<p>3. People may submit two su
 bmissions for free.</p>\n<p>4. Each story is limited to 60 words and must 
 include a title.</p>\n<p>5. Stories may NOT include profanity or disparagi
 ng remarks.</p>\n<p>6. Submissions will undergo a blind review and the bes
 t five chosen.</p>\n<p>7. Winners (3 adults\, 2 youth) will receive a $100
  prize and their story</p>\n<p>will be printed on bookmarks distributed th
