 o the AARP\, the average cost of probate is between 5-10% of the total val
 ue of the estate. The minimum time to administer a probate estate is 6 mon
 ths\, and the average time is 14 months. Through this workshop\, we will d
 iscuss the complexities of the probate court system. Moreover\, attendees 
 will learn various ways to avoid probate while also considering the basic 
 estate planning tools. Light refreshments provided.</p>\n<p>Attorney <a hr
