 ;5:00 PM</strong> for a fun and energizing <strong>Indoor Walking Exercise
  Program</strong> at the library! Using guided exercise videos\, we&rsquo\
 ;ll walk our way to better health.</p>\n<p>ðŸ”¹ <strong>What to Expec
 t</strong>:</p>\n<p>Alternating video sessions:<br />1 &amp\; 2-mile walks
  on some Thursdays (great for beginners).<br />5-mile walks every other Th
 ursday (for a more advanced challenge).<br />A comfortable indoor space to
  stay active\, rain or shine!<br />A supportive group atmosphere to keep y
 ou motivated.</p>\n<p>ðŸ”¹ <strong>What to Bring</strong>:</p>\n<p st
