  a scene inspired by one of your favorite pieces of art\, favorite books\,
  or by your favorite colors!</p>\n<ul>\n<li>The diorama should be the size
  of a shoe box.</li>\n<li>Submit your diorama to the Rapid City Public Lib
 rary between Tuesday\, April 1\, and Saturday\, April 19.</li>\n<li>Fill o
 ut the submission sheet on the back of the Peeps flyer (you can get one at
  the library!). Include your name\, the title of your diorama\, age group\
 , and phone number so we can contact you if you win!</li>\n<li>Dioramas wi
 ll be displayed on the landing of the stairs throughout April. Pictures of
  the dioramas will be posted to our Facebook page from April 21 &ndash\; 2
 8. Voting is open to the community at this time for the Peeple&rsquo\;s Ch
 oice Awards\, which will be determined by the pictures that get the most l
 ikes! There will be one overall winner for each age group.</li>\n<li>3 win
 ners will be announced and contacted on Tuesday\, April 29\, and will win 
 a special prize basket filled with books\, accessories\, snacks\, and more
 !</li>\n</ul>\n<p>*We don&rsquo\;t want you to have to go to the grocery s
 tore just for Peeps\, you can pick up a free pack starting April 1 (while 
 supplies last) with your books at the library or create some of your own o
 ut of paper\, pom-poms\, pipe-cleaners\, and any other crafty material at 
 home!</p>\n<p>Create your diorama with us at our Peeps Diorama Build Day e
 vent on Saturday\, April 5 from 2-4 p.m. Bring your creativity and a diora
 ma box and we&rsquo\;ll provide the Peeps and the supplies to decorate wit
 h!</p>\n<p>Please note that all Peeps Dioramas not picked up by Friday\, M
