 ary processes regarding complaints of police misconduct&nbsp\;that&nbsp\;i
 nvolve a police officer and a member of the public. The PAB seeks to ident

 dify existing\, policies and procedures that will help to ensure greater p
 olice accountability and\, thus\, improve the relationship between law enf
