This class is designed to be for everyone\ , especially those new to yoga or with no prior yoga experience. Instructo rs will provide a comfortable place to start for those new to and curious about yoga. Participants will be guided through yoga poses and sequences t hat may vary each \;week. \nTrailside Yoga &\; Beyond is the original downtown yoga studio in Fayetteville\, Arkansas. Opened in 2014\, our mission is to create an incl usive yoga community\, with a focus on education\, transformation &\; p ersonal growth. We offer a wide variety of yoga classes\, 7 days a week\, including hot yoga\, gentle flow\, slow flow\, restorative\, yin\, and don ation-based community classes. We also offer workshops\, teacher training\ , private lessons &\; mentorships. Trailside welcomes everyone\, regard less of race\, age\, gender\, sexual orientation\, body type or physical a bility. We have a large practice studio\, cork flooring\, infrared heaters \, mat rental &\; free parking. Our diverse teaching team is experience d\, knowledgeable and highly educated. Each of our teachers has at a minim um a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher designation. With over 90 years of c ombined teaching experience\, we provide safe instruction in an encouragin g atmosphere.
