 strong></p>\n<p><strong>General Info:&nbsp\;Both the plant and garden swap
  will be on a rolling basis\, meaning items will be coming in and swapped 
 throughout the duration of the event as visitors come and go. Donations to
  the Literary Garden are appreciated but not required to participate in ei
 ther swap.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Garden Plant Swap:</strong><br /><stro
 ng></strong></p>\n<p style="padding-left: 30px\;"><strong>Description:</st
 rong>&nbsp\; Divide or remove plants from your garden to exchange for othe
 r donated plant&nbsp\;material.&nbsp\; Native plants transplanted from the
  Literary Garden as well as from the gardens of other participants will be
  available.<br /><strong></strong></p>\n<p style="padding-left: 30px\;"><s
 trong>Guidelines:</strong>&nbsp\; Pot up plants a few days to one&nbsp\;we
 ek before the swap to help ensure the plants' health and limit transplant 
 shock before the event.&nbsp\; All plants should be labeled at minimum wit
 h latin and common names\, but all other known information such as height\
 , width\, light requirements (sun/shade/etc)\, soil preferences (wet/dry/s
 andy\, etc)\, deer tolerance and other relevant info is helpful.&nbsp\;<st
 rong> </strong></p>\n<p style="padding-left: 30px\;"><strong>No invasive p
 lants please!!!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Types of plants we will take are:
 </strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Natives</li>\n<li>Perennials</li>\n<li>Woody Tree
 s and Shrubs</li>\n<li>Edibles such as tomatoes and other veggies\, fruiti
 ng plants\, and herbs</li>\n<li>Annuals</li>\n<li>Bulbs</li>\n<li>Any othe
 r non-invasive-non-natives will also be accepted<br /><strong>*Please&nbsp
 \;no invasives&nbsp\;such as english ivy\, vinca\, nandina\, etc.!!!!</str
 ong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Garden Tools and Accessories Swap:</strong></
 p>\n<p style="padding-left: 30px\;"><strong>Description</strong>:&nbsp\;Br
 ing extra or unwanted garden tools and accessories to exchange for items b
 rought to the event by other&nbsp\;participants.<br /><br /><strong>Guidel
 ines:&nbsp\;</strong>Items must be in working and non-broken condition\, w
 iped off and cleared of&nbsp\;spider&nbsp\;webs and excessive debris.</p>\
 n<p><br /><strong>Possible ideas to bring to the swap include but are not 
 limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unbroken ceramic and terra cotta pots<
 /li>\n<li>Garden gloves (unused)</li>\n<li>Hand tools such as hand trowel\
 , hori horis\, claws\, clippers\, pruners\, etc.</li>\n<li>Shovels\, rakes
 \, tampers\, etc.</li>\n<li>Tub trugs\, buckets\, harvest baskets</li>\n<l
 i>Watering Cans</li>\n<li>Electric power tools (no gasoline please)\, pref
 erably with accompanying battery packs/power cables when possible</li>\n<l
 i>Garden decor such as concrete statues\, rain chains\, wind chimes\, deco
 rative signs\, trellises and obelisks</li>\n<li>Hoses\, hose reels\, water
 ing wands</li>\n<li>Trellises/vine supports</li>\n<li>Outdoor lighting suc
 h as solar string lights or stake lights</li>\n<li>Kneelers/knee pads</li>
 \n<li>Plant markers/labels</li>\n<li>Bird houses\, bird feeders\, unopened
  bird seed (thoroughly cleaned to help prevent the spread of bird flu)<br 
 />Anything else garden related you think someone else could use and enjoy!

 rden and the grounds of the library.&nbsp\; If it rains\, we will move int
 o our meeting room on the basement level.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>Br
