 arlie Meyer</strong></p>\n<p>Charlie has advised clients in various aspect
 s of patent\, trademark and copyright law for 30 years. Charlie helps clie
 nts structure their internal efforts to protect their ideas\, processes an
 d products. His experience includes searching and prosecuting patent appli
 cations\, clearing and registering trademarks and copyrights\, licensing\,
  and enforcing and defending intellectual property rights both in the U.S.
  and internationally. He represents a broad spectrum of clients in industr
 ies such as sporting goods\, cosmetics\, racing\, mechanical engineering a
 nd computer software. Charlie serves as Chairman of the Firm&rsquo\;s Trad
 emark Practice Group.</p>\n<p>Charlie graduated from North Central High Sc
 hool\, DePauw University and IU Law School (Bloomington). Charlie&rsquo\;s
  awards include recognition in The Best Lawyers in America\, 2021-2025\; I
 ndiana Super Lawyers&reg\;\, 2024-2025\; Managing Intellectual Property IP
  STARS \, 2020-2024\; and a Distinguished Barrister Award from The Indiana
  Lawyer\, 2023.&nbsp\; He is the President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Ind
 ianapolis\, a member of Grace Church of Noblesville\, a member of the Saga
 more Inn of Court\, and he volunteers with the Boy Scouts.&nbsp\; He lives
