A &ldquo\;Topping Out Ceremony&rdquo\; is traditionally held to celebrate the completion of a building&rsquo\;s structural phase\, marking the placement of the final beam or highest poin t. On Monday\, community members signed a 45-foot steel beam that will be placed in the structure\, symbolizing the strong foundation of support and collaboration that has made this project possible. This is a unique chanc e to be part of Moorhead history and celebrate the progress of The Loop.\n
