 rchner (PhD) has been the Director of the Westchester Library System since
  2009 and has over 32 years of library experience. Dr. Kirchner's educatio
 nal background includes a PhD in Human Development from Fielding Graduate 
 University\, an MBA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch Co
 llege\, an MLIS in Library Science from Rutgers University\, and a BA in C
 ommunication and Media Studies from Elmhurst University.</p>\n<p></p>\nhtt
