 io de Sinaloa\, en M&eacute\;xico y reubicado en NWA desde hace casi seis 
 a&ntilde\;os.</p>\n<p>Su pasi&oacute\;n por la comida lo ha llevado a prob
 ar y experimentar diferentes sabores por el mundo\, logrando su propio saz
 &oacute\;n. A pesar de su influencia en los sabores de M&eacute\;xico\, la
  cocina internacional ha sido su inspiraci&oacute\;n para lograr una fusi&
 oacute\;n culinaria y experiencias &uacute\;nicas.</p>\n<p>Durante sus a&n
 tilde\;os en M&eacute\;xico\, manejaba desde su casa un negocio de comida 
 baja en carbohidratos\, ayudando a personas en su programa para la p&eacut
 e\;rdida de peso. Desde su llegada a NWA\, ha ganado experiencia trabajand
 o en restaurantes conocidos en el &aacute\;rea. Recientemente\, inici&oacu
 te\; su propio negocio de banquetes\, deleitando a sus clientes en eventos
  privados y con experiencias en casa\, combinando clases de cocina con un 
 toque de &ldquo\;hazlo t&uacute\; mismo&rdquo\;.</p>\n<p>Chef Carlos tiene
  un t&iacute\;tulo mexicano en Lic. en Dise&ntilde\;o Industrial. Y recien
 temente obtuvo los grados de Arte Culinario y Comida Artesanal\, de la esc
 uela Brightwater en Bentonville\, AR\, generaci&oacute\;n 2023.</p>\n<hr /

 Pozole (stew) with Pork. All supplies are provided and registration is req
 uired.</p>\n<p><strong>This class will be taught in Spanish.</strong></p>\
 n<p><em>About the instructor:</em></p>\n<p>Chef Carlos is originally from 
 Sinaloa\, Mexico\, and relocated to NWA almost six years ago.</p>\n<p>His 
 passion for food has led him to try and experience different flavors world
 wide to make one of his own. Despite being rooted in the flavors of Mexico
 \, International cuisine has been his inspiration for a unique culinary fu
 sion experience.</p>\n<p>During his years in Mexico\, he established a hom
 emade food business targeting people under a weight loss program by delive
 ring low-carb food. Since arriving at NWA\, he has had some experience wor
 king at popular restaurants. Not long ago\, he started his own catering fo
 od services company delighting customers at private events and at-home exp
 eriences\, combining cooking classes with a touch of DIY-at-the-kitchen ex
 perience.</p>\n<p>Chef Carlos Leon holds a bachelor&rsquo\;s degree in ind
 ustrial design from Mexico and\, most recently\, a degree in Culinary Arts
  and Artisanal Food from Brightwater at Bentonville\, AR - Class of 2023.<
