J oin Ava Sophia as she leads an inspiring presentation on the five pillars of \;Be Your Best Self\, \;encouraging \;young people nationwide to commit to excelling in areas such as academics\, physical a nd mental well-being\, ethics\, character\, and social and civic participa tion. By embracing the \;BYBS \;message\, young people ga in valuable tools to face challenges like negative peer pressure and learn the importance of setting and striving for goals. This exciting event kic ks off a week dedicated to empowering youth in whatever stage of life they may be in\, motivating them to unlock their full potential and become the ir best selves. \;

\nAva Sophia is a senior at Bentonville West High School and is participating as a Law &\; Publi c Policy student at Ignite Professional Studies. As the Distinguished Youn g Women of Arkansas for 2025\, she is passionate about inspiring individua ls to be the best version of themselves and is excited to launch this prog ram as a way to teach valuable skills that will serve youth in all areas o f their lives. \;Ava \;Sophia's experience participating in activi ties such as \;Speech &\; Debate\, \;DECA\, Model United Nation s\, and serving in organizations like Dress for Success\, has taught her v aluable lessons and skills that she \;looks \;forward to sharing t hroughout this program.
