 nomic Development Leadership (AEDL) Program.&nbsp\; Her experience stems f
 rom federal government analysis\, business assistance and academic busines
 s teachings.&nbsp\; In addition\, Ms. MacAdams is certified in Import/Expo
 rt and Business Consulting.</p>\n<p>Nichole White\, Business Development S
 pecialist\, serves as a business ombudsman overseeing development projects
  and promoting smart business growth opportunities within the county. Ms.
