Yoetry explores common ground between the arts of yoga and poetry. Using basic yoga and poetry exercises both on a m at and in chairs\, we experience how the act of writing poetry is as visce ral as a yoga form. Equally\, we visit the idea that yoga is as innately e conomic and fluid as poetic language itself. Please bring preferred writin g instruments (pen/pencil\, paper) and your own mat\, small blanket\, or b each towel for yoga.
