\nPart 1: Listening and B alancing Participants will refine their critical listening skills \, learning to discern subtle nuances and achieve the delicate balance tha t defines professional-grade mixes.
\nPart 2: Frequency and Dynamics Learn to control your mix by harnessing the power of Equ alizers and Compressors to tame dynamic range\, sculpt frequency ranges\, and achieve clarity and impact in your mixes.
\nPart 3: Effe cts and Interest \;From lush reverbs to gritty distortions\, participants will discover the creative potential of effects processors\, virtual amps\, and re-amping techniques\, learning to infuse their mixes w ith depth\, dimension\, and character.
\nPart 4: Tips and Tr icks \;Culminate your experience by learning the tips and tri cks that separate the amateurs from the pros. Dive deep into the intricaci es of gain staging\, bus mixing\, saturation\, and uncover the elusive &ld quo\;magic frequencies&rdquo\; that define professional-grade mixes.
\nAfter each 1.5-hour session\, there will be an Open Lab session held in the Audio Learning Lab. During this extended period\, participants can pu t into practice the concepts and techniques learned in the session by work ing on their own mix.
