  community-level initiatives to improve early childhood outcomes\, includi
 ng kindergarten readiness. The Basics provides handouts\, videos\, and imp
 lementation guides to help communities teach parents and caregivers about 
 the five pillars and their importance to children&rsquo\;s growth and lear
