 urnal? Would you like to develop a journaling practice and create your own
  personal journal? Here's your opportunity! The inexperienced\, slightly-e
 xperienced and experienced are welcome! We will explore journaling through
  assigned journal prompts\, the written word\, and reflection. It will be 
 a safe atmosphere and sharing is optional. In this program\, the focus wil
 l be on the benefits of journaling and how to use writing prompts.</p>\n<p
 >The focus will be on manual writing methods and materials used include: p
 aper pencils and drawing tools. The in-person group will meet in in the Ch
 ildren's room</p>\n<p>We will cover gratitude journaling in this event.</p
