 service in Bolivia\, launching a student-led urban farm in Washington\, an
 d teaching science internationally in the Dominican Republic. Most recentl
 y\, she led farm-based education at The Hotchkiss School before planting n
 ew roots in Bend\, Oregon. Amy currently teaches Upper School Science at C
 ascade Academy and runs her own business\,<a href="https://www.takerootedi
