  place on Wednesdays: May 7\, 14\, 21 and 28.</p>\n<p>Early Learning Progr
 ams for young children at WPL are based on literacy research and include t
 ips and information for parents and caregivers. Your active participation 
 in these programs will maximize the experience for you and your child.</p>

 ered person does not meet the program&rsquo\;s specified age requirements.
