X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<p>Join us for a workshop series exploring No
n-Violent Communication (NVC)&mdash\;a method of compassionate dialogue ro
oted in empathy\, honesty\, and mutual understanding. Grounded in the civi
l rights legacy of Dr. Marshall Rosenberg\, NVC offers practical tools for
navigating challenging conversations and building deeper connection in pe
 rsonal\, social\, and systemic contexts.</p>\n<p>Each 75-minute session bl
ends discussion\, interactive materials\, and featured books to guide part
icipants through real-world applications of NVC. Topics include navigating
medical violence in reproductive care\, practicing empathy with unhoused
neighbors\, building trust in ethical non-monogamy\, gentle parenting\, an
d healing from state violence. Participants will take home free materials
 (e.g. zines\, NARCAN\, and resources)\, with a focus on cultivating commun
ity-centered change.</p>\n<p>Whether you're looking to deepen your relatio
nships or shift how you show up in systems of care and advocacy\, this ser
ies offers space for reflection\, growth\, and action. All are welcome.</p
