 chestra consists of around thirty members from elementary students to adul
 ts. They regularly hold performances and play at various concerts and fest
 ivals to introduce&nbsp\; the Korean traditional instrument\, Gayageum\, a
 nd the beauty of its sound to the mainstream media. They also received awa
 rds from many competitions\, such as New York Korean Traditional Music&nbs
 p\; Competition\, Korean Traditional</p>\n<p style="text-align: left\;">Mu
 sic and Art Competition and the World Competition of Korean Traditional Pe
 rforming Arts. They also had the honor of performing at Carnegie Hall in 2
 022.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><em>This <a href="https://www.eglendalelac.org/bethe
 change">Be the Change Series</a> program is being held in conjunction with
  Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander Heritage Month.</em></p>\
