The daughter of Mexican and Cuban immigrants\ , Yvonne Castañ\;eda\, LICSW is a bilingual and bicultural clinical social worker\, author\, educator\, and spiritual care facilitator whose w ork bridges the heart\, mind\, and soul. As the founder of SoulFuerza Coun seling\, she provides culturally responsive psychotherapy rooted in compas sion\, truth\, and deep respect for the human experience. Yvonne draws on her extensive background in clinical and macro social work\, integrative h ealing practices\, and leadership development to serve individuals\, famil ies\, and communities. Currently\, she serves as the Director of Community -Based initiatives at Boston College School of Social Work\, where she str engthens partnerships with nonprofits and faith-based organizations to add ress systemic inequities. Yvonne also teaches graduate courses on social w ork practice\, policy\, and Latinx populations at BC and is a beloved faci litator of pastoral care and counseling for St. Meinrad&rsquo\;s Seminary and School of Theology\, where she creates space for faith\, healing\, and personal growth. A certified life coach\, EMDR therapist\, and yoga teach er\, Yvonne brings an embodied holistic approach to healing. She is the Au thor of Pork Belly Tacos with a Side of Anxiety\, a memoir that explores e ating disorders\, depression\, and identity in the Latino community. Throu gh every role\, Yvonne leads with love\, guided by the belief that healing is both a personal and collective journey.
