 ure\, and mindful breathing\, and provide many benefits when practiced reg
 ularly. Tai Chi\, a form of qigong\, is a low-impact\, weight-bearing prac
 tice\, and internal martial art. Qigong\, which means energy cultivation\,
  includes a variety of movement\, meditative\, and medical practices.&nbsp
 \;</p>\n<p><strong><em>Wear exercise shoes\, comfortable clothes\, and bri
 ng a water bottle.</em></strong></p>\n<p><a href="https://www.ngenergy.us/
 ">Nancy Gardner</a> is a certified instructor of Tai Chi\, Kung Fu\, and Q
 igong\, a licensed massage therapist\, and a polarity therapy practitioner
 . A professional in her field for nearly 40 years\, she teaches a weekly T
 ai Chi and Qigong class in Fairlawn\, Ohio\, and offers unique programs fo
 r groups\, organizations\, various library branches\, and the Cuyahoga Val
