X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<p>How do feature films shape our thinking ab
out workers\, strikes\, and unions? We often recognize overt bias in the p
ress and from politicians\, but how about subtler messages that come throu
gh fiction?</p>\n<p>The goal is to sharpen awareness of how workers show u
p in films and to seek out movies with full and fair representation of wor
kers and their (our!) struggles.</p>\n<p>About the presenter:</p>\n<p><img

community that shares a lot of history with our own PG County\, portrays
community and union activists engaged in ordinary yet inspiring (and enter
taining) struggles for justice--in the characters' neighborhood\, workplac
