 \n<p><strong>The program begins with a short presentation on an astronomic
 al phenomenon &mdash\; past examples include Pluto\, Sunspots\, or The Sol
 ar Eclipse.</strong><br /><br /><strong>Participants then receive printed 
 sheets of stills from an existing film that relates to the theme Robin int
 roduced.&nbsp\;</strong><strong>Using markers\, crayons\, stickers\, stamp
 s\, etc.\, we will creatively transform these frames into works of art! Sc
 ientists and artists CAN be friends!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>The facilita
 tors will conduct brief surveys before and after the program\, so you will
  be helping to advance science AND earning the sweet\, sweet SSL hours we 
 will be giving you!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>At the end\, the presenters c
 ollect the completed drawings\, scan them\, and edit them into a new versi
 on of the animation using Adobe Premiere. The final animated piece is uplo

  Teen Advisory Board Night the second Wednesday of every month! Are you in
 terested in helping shape library programs and spaces for service-learning
  hours? Each month we gather to discuss how to improve teen services at MC
 PL. We offer free snacks\, 4 SSL hours\, and often have guest speakers fro
 m the community on teen interests. You can also join our TAB leadership wh
 ich prepares teens for being leaders in the community\, on college campuse
