 rior to his retirement\,&nbsp\;<strong>Larry Helman&nbsp\;</strong>was a p
 artner at NBBJ where he managed an extensive number of major planning proj
 ects globally. He received a Bachelor&rsquo\;s of Science degree in 1970 a
 nd a Master&rsquo\;s of City and Regional Planning in 1972 from The Ohio S
 tate University. He and his wife Kay are the parents of two Bexley High Sc
 hool graduates. Larry is very active in the Bexley community and has serve
 d on many committees and boards\, the Bexley Historical Society\, Southwes
 t Bexley Steering Committee\, Tree and Public Gardens Commission Board\, B
 exley Education Foundation Board of Governors\, and Bexley's Architectural
