Where does pain come from in your body and what factors influence and affect pain? Learn how exercise and physical activi ty can help manage pain. After the talk\, spend the rest of the hour enjoy ing a healthy \;walk and lively conversation.
\nPlease arrive 10 minutes before the walk. Meet us in Centennial Hall in the library. We wi ll then move to the outdoor space at the Central Park Rose Garden\, just o pposite the south entrance\, facing New Street.
\nWalking is a wonde rful form of physical activity and we encourage all levels of walking abil ity to participate in this event&mdash\;whether you complete the entire wa lk or join us for part of the journey! Walking devices\, mobility aids\, a nd walking companions are welcome. All participants must sign a waiver\, w hich is provided at the start of the walk.
