At this workshop\, we&rsquo\;ll cultivate a space that honors the so lstice&mdash\;the turning point where light and dark meet in perfect balan ce. Through candle-making\, gentle yoga\, and shared reflection\, we&rsquo \;ll explore the deeper rhythms of nature and the subtle shifts within our selves.

You&rsquo\;ll have 6 scents to choose from to craft your c andle: made from all-natural soy wax and recycled wine bottles\, your cand le will be a reflection of who you are at that moment and what you&rsquo\; d like to bring into your life moving forward into the summer season. \;

What to bring: \; \;A yoga mat\, comfo rtable clothes\, and an open heart. All materials provided.

Kaija Marshall&nb sp\;is a yoga instructor\, birth &\; postpartum doula and holistic work shop facilitator. She earned her Master&rsquo\;s degree in Social Work fro m San Diego State University in 2015\, her 200 RYS Yoga Instructor certifi cate in 2016 and her Birth Doula &\; Postpartum Doula training in 2019. She currently serves growing families as a doula all over Bend. Before mo ving into the perinatal sphere\, she worked at Girl Scouts San Diego as an Evaluation Specialist\, Camp Counselor &\; Outreach Program Leader\, a ll while moonlighting as a nanny for families in San Diego county. She fir mly believes in the purpose of play\, and seeks to encourage mind\, body & amp\; soul connections through movement\, productive dialogue and authenti c connection.
