In this class\, we&rsquo\;ll learn about and make three differ
ent Italian frozen desserts: sorbetto\, semifreddo\, and gelato. Participa
nts will enjoy a taste of each dessert paired with a different wine. \

About the Instructor: Mary McGuire is the
Store Manager at Arome. She was born and raised near Lodi\, CA and spent
the first 16 years of her life working in health insurance. She has always
had a passion for cooking and baking (especially fresh pasta and cheeseca
kes)! Two years ago\, she decided it was time for a big change and moved t
o Redmond. She instantly fell in love with the culture and people and espe
cially enjoys the spring and summer when the farmer&rsquo\;s markets and p
roduce stands are open. When Mary isn&rsquo\;t at Arome\, she is usually h
ome trying out new recipes or hanging out with her tiny dog\, Paige. \
