 aphic novel storytelling: narration\, dialogue\, character design\, dynami
 c page layouts and cinematic techniques\, participants will create their o
 wn graphic novel page. Refine rough pencil drawings into finished art with
  pen and ink and watercolor pencils.</p>\n<p>Registration and attendance t
 o all 5 sessions are required. Space is limited. Art supplies will be prov
 ided.</p>\n<p>This class is facilitated by artist Leila Cabib and is funde
 d in part by a Maryland State Arts Council Arts in Education Grant.</p>\n<
