Jay Lotus Allen is a local\, multidiscipli nary artist \;and a Berkeley Civic Arts Grant Award recipient in 2021 and 2024. \;Jay's work is experimental and arises from exploration of different media and art forms. \;Their recent work for \;the \ ;Senior Shine \;Project \;is inspired by activities at the North B erkeley Senior Center and on walks in the surrounding neighborhood. The ex hibition includes experimental series of acrylic monoprints and cyanotype prints as well as mixed media paintings.
