 ticipants will unpack the role of the artist as an agitator and organizer 
 and get into the gritty craft of using zines and comics to disrupt\, deman
 d\, and inspire. Participants will walk away with a DIY mini-zine packed w
 ith their own notes and strategies &mdash\; plus a brand-new half-size zin
 e from local artist-activists to inspire their next creative move.</p>\n<p
 ><strong>This program is a part of DCAZ Fest.</strong></p>\n<p>Register to
  save your seat. Registration must be completed two hours prior to the sta
