Lea rn how a daily 15-minute walk can improve our body's ability to digest foo d\, reduce symptoms of indigestion and bloating\, and boost your energy le vels. After the talk\, spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk.
\nPlease arrive 10 minutes before the walk. Meet us in Centennial H all in the library. We will then move to the outdoor space at the Central Park Rose Garden\, just opposite the south entrance\, facing New Street.\n
Walking is a wonderful form of physical activity\, and we encourage all levels of walking ability to participate in this event&mdash\;whether you complete the entire walk or join us for part of the journey! Walking devices\, mobility aids\, and walking companions are welcome. All particip ants must sign a waiver\, which is provided at the start of the walk.
