 ut the risks\, causes\, and how to manage it effectively.&nbsp\;After the 
 talk\, spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and lively conve
 rsation.</p>\n<p>Please arrive 10 minutes before the walk. Meet us in Cent
 ennial Hall in the library. We will then move to the outdoor space at the 
 Central Park Rose Garden\, just opposite the south entrance\, facing New S
 treet.</p>\n<p>Walking is a wonderful form of physical activity\, and we e
 ncourage all levels of walking ability to participate in this event&mdash\
 ;whether you complete the entire walk or join us for part of the journey! 
 Walking devices\, mobility aids\, and walking companions are welcome. All 
 participants must sign a waiver\, which is provided at the start of the wa
