 e that's inspired by our summer reading theme "Color Our World" to recreat
 e on the library sidewalks!&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Check-in begins at 10am on the 
 grassy area on the west side of the Main Library\, where you'll be given a
  4' x 4' foot square of sidewalk. You can register individually or with a 
 partner.&nbsp\;Although chalk artists must be 16+\, all ages are welcome t
 o watch and vote for their favorite drawings. Drawing will end at 1pm\, an
 d voting will be open from noon&ndash\;2pm.&nbsp\;The winner(s) will recei
 ve a golden dragon trophy created by the Digital Media Lab after the event
 .&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>The library will provide chalk and water\, but you're wel
 come to bring your own chalk/chalk pastels for brighter colors or cover de
 signs with lots of a single color.</p>\n<p>In the event of rain\, this eve
 nt will take place on Saturday\, August 2\, from 10am&ndash\;1pm.</p>\nhtt
