 <p>Michael John Neill earned a bachelor&rsquo\;s and master&rsquo\;s degre
 e from Western Illinois University in Macomb\, Illinois. He began genealog
 ical research in the early 1980s\, studying both his and his children&rsqu
 o\;s families and has published books and lectured nationally on the topic
  since the late 1980s. His interests include methodology\, land records\, 
 the immigrant experience\, and reaching female ancestors\, and is known fo
 r hosting annual trips to the Family History Library in Salt Lake City and
  the Allen County Public Library in Fort Wayne\, Indiana. Michael is also 
 the creator of the popular <a href="https://genealogytipoftheday.com/">Gen
 ealogy Tip of the Day</a>\, which shares individual tips on a multitude of
  genealogy research topics and problem-solving each and every day by email
 .</p>\n<p><em><strong>Sensory Considerations:</strong> This room contains
