Whether you're new to photo editing or refining your skills\, you&rsquo\;ll walk away with practical knowledge to edit with bo th confidence and cultural awareness.
\nEduardo Romero (he/him) is a
first-generation Latino artist\, storyteller\, and community leader born
and raised in Bend\, Oregon. With over two decades of experience in photog
raphy\, Eduardo uses visual storytelling as a tool for empowerment\, heali
ng\, and cultural affirmation. As the founder of Quetzal Creatives\, his w
ork is rooted in redefining representation\, capturing the beauty\, streng
th\, and individuality of communities of color with intentionality and car
e. Eduardo&rsquo\;s photography is not just about documenting moments\, it
&rsquo\;s about creating spaces where people feel seen\, valued\, and cele
brated. His images challenge stereotypes and uplift narratives that are to
o often overlooked\, centering dignity and authenticity in every frame.
In addition to his artistic work\, Eduardo serves as a leader wit
h Vá\;monos Outside\, a nonprofit that promotes equity and inclusion
in outdoor recreation. His dual commitment to art and community organizin
g reflects a deep passion for justice\, cultural visibility\, and collecti
ve joy. Through his workshops\, Eduardo invites participants to explore id

ools for building more inclusive visual cultures.
