Kate Quinn \;is a \;New York T imes \;and \;USA Today \;bestselling author of h istorical fiction. A native of southern California\, she attended Boston U niversity where she earned Bachelor&rsquo\;s and Master&rsquo\;s degrees i n Classical Voice.
