 <li><span style="color: #ff0000\;"><strong>Car seat is broken\, expired\, 
 recalled\, or not appropriate for the child.</strong></span></li>\n</ul>\n
 <p><br />&nbsp\;<br />Did you know that car seats are safety devices and w
 hen used properly can reduce injury to a child in a crash.</p>\n<p>Florida
  law requires any child 5 years or younger to be riding in a car seat when
  traveling in a vehicle. This includes rideshare services like Uber &amp\;
