 e? In Sweden\, Norway\, and Finland\, October 4 is Cinnamon Bun Day&nbsp\;
 ("Kanelbullens dag" in Swedish). Denmark doesn't need a yearly holiday &md
 ash\; cinnamon rolls\, known as&nbsp\;"kanelsnegle"\, are a popular treat\
 , especially on Wednesdays\, where a large version called&nbsp\;"onsdagssn
 egl"&nbsp\;(Wednesday snail) is enjoyed.</p>\n<p>This workshop will demons
 trate simple techniques to turn breads and rolls into masterpieces using i
 tems you likely already have in your kitchen. Participants will be able to
  choose between cinnamon and cardamom and will take home rolls ready to ba
 ke.</p>\n<p><em><strong>This workshop is being offered in two identical se
