In this class\, we will demonstrate how to make fresh pasta from sc ratch and incorporate squid ink and shrimp to create a dish that looks and tastes amazing! After the demonstration\, participants will be invited to the wine bar to enjoy the meal we created. The first glass of wine\, beer \, or non-alcoholic drink is included with the class. \;

\nAbout the Instructor: Mary McGuire is the Store Manager at Arome. She was born and raised near Lodi\, CA and spent the first 16 years of her life working in health insurance. She has always had a passion for cooking and baking (especially fresh pasta and c heesecakes)! Two years ago\, she decided it was time for a big change and moved to Redmond. She instantly fell in love with the culture and people a nd especially enjoys the spring and summer when the farmer&rsquo\;s market s and produce stands are open. When Mary isn&rsquo\;t at Arome\, she is us ually home trying out new recipes or hanging out with her tiny dog\, Paige . \;
