Enough fabric scraps to quilt two pan els 11 1/4" by 21" (scraps can be provided) \;

Contrast bott om: Two 8" X 21" rectangles of solid quilting cotton

Batting: 42 " x 25" (Batting can be provided) \;
\n
Muslin or Scrap Fabric: 42" x 25"
\n
Lining fabric: 1 yard
\n
Straps: 3¼\; ya rds of 1" wide webbing\, cut into 2 pieces\, each 56" long\, or enough scr ap fabric to create bias tape for straps
