X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<p>This class is inspired by the classical ap
proach of Sri Dharma Mittra. Similar to Dharma Yoga\, this gentle yet "for
ceful" series focuses on both physical development (hatha yoga) and mental
mastery (raja yoga) through asana\, pranayama (breathing techniques)\, an
d meditation to bring a sense of well-being to the body and radiant peace
to the mind.</p>\n<p>Students will be guided through Surya Namaskar (sun s
alutations) as a warm-up followed by Shiva Namaskar (held poses). The clas
s concludes with an alternate-nostril breathing exercise and a short medit
 ation.</p>\n<p><strong>August 9 &amp\; 16 Only &ndash\; Dharma II Sequence
"</strong></p>\n<p>This class is rooted in the classical teachings of Sri
Dharma Mittra and builds upon the foundational VETOGA Level I sequence to
gently explore new depths of practice. Like all Dharma Yoga\, this advance
d beginner-to-intermediate level sequence blends the physical discipline o
f hatha yoga with the meditative and introspective qualities of raja yoga\
, using posture (asana)\, breathwork (pranayama)\, and meditation to promo
 te vitality\, inner stillness\, and radiant peace.</p>\n<p>Students will b
e guided through Surya Namaskar (sun salutations) and a slightly more dyna
mic variation of Shiva Namaskar (held poses)\, with options offered throug
hout to support students of all levels. Expect a complete and balanced pra
ctice that may also include mantras\, guided deep relaxation in savasana\,
and alternate-nostril breathing (nadi shodhana) to calm the nervous syste
m.</p>\n<p>This sequence remains accessible to all levels\, including begi
nners. Modifications and the use of props are always encouraged to ensure
a safe and supportive experience for every body.</p>\n<p>🧘🏻&
