 nic to all Maryland residents! The clinic date is Saturday\, August 16\, 2
 025\, 2pm-4pm at Brigadier General Charles E. McGee Library. The program w
 ill take place in the 3rd Floor Meeting Room. Walk-ins are welcome\, but r
 egistration is encouraged!</p>\n<p>You can register with FreeState Justice
  in advance of the event by submitting an&nbsp\;<a href="https://form.jotf
 orm.com/243034377994062">intake service request form</a>.&nbsp\;<strong>At
 tendees should note in the intake form that they will be participating in 
 "McGee Library's Name Change Clinic."</strong>&nbsp\;You will need to prov
 ide a Birth Certificate or a State-Issued ID and provide a Maryland addres
 s where you are comfortable receiving court-issued mail.</p>\n<p>Minors un
 der 18 are eligible\, pending Parental/Guardian/Custodian consent.&nbsp\;F

 nce (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the
  suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program un
 der the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a progr
 am intended for children must have an accompanying child.</p>\n<p>If you p
 lan to attend with a group of ten or more\, please contact the branch at l
 east one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accomm
 odated.</p>\n<p><strong>Accommodation Requests</strong></p>\n<p>People who
