 breathwork\, guided meditation\, gentle movement\, and collective reflecti
 on\, this series invites participants to explore what it means to hold spa
 ce for both personal and communal healing in today&rsquo\;s world.</p>\n<p
 >The series launches with an introductory session on Wednesday\, July 31 a
 t the Park Street Library (10:30 AM &ndash\; 12:00 PM)\, offering a founda
 tional overview of somatic abolition and mindfulness practices. The heart 
 of the series continues at the Sterling Street Sanctuary &amp\; Nature Res
 erve\, where participants will meet every Thursday from August 1 through S
 eptember 5\, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM\, surrounded by nature and intentiona
 l space for healing. The program concludes with a closing circle and refle
 ction session at the Albany Library on Tuesday\, September 10 (10:30 AM &n
 dash\; 12:00 PM).</p>\n<p>This series is open to adults of all backgrounds
  and is ideal for those seeking tools for healing from racialized trauma\,
  stress\, and disconnection. All sessions are free and open to the public.
