X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<p>This class is a <x-part> series\, held on
 Fridays\, September 12-26 at 3:00 p.m.</x-part></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>It&rsquo\
 ;s not movie magic\, it&rsquo\;s an 18th century petticoat! Films such as&
 nbsp\;<em>Pride &amp\; Prejudice</em>&nbsp\;and&nbsp\;<em>Marie Antoinette
</em>&nbsp\;showcase this garment staple at its most elaborate\, but the p
etticoat can be constructed to suit modern aesthetics just as well. Just 2
measurements\, approximately 2 yards of fabric\, and a handful of notions
are all that&rsquo\;s needed to create a flattering skirt that fits a ran
ge of sizes. This class series will include instruction on completing a ba
sic petticoat as well as discussion on customizations.</p>\n<ul>\n<li><str
